Port Orchard Teen Missing for a Month as Police Seek Man Tied to Buick in Newly Released Video

Investigators released footage showing 15-year-old Ashlynn Hanley getting into a 2011 Buick Enclave registered to 45-year-old Lavelle Cotton.
