Overview

• The Instituto Nacional de la Música recovered the original Music Hall master tapes and signed a deal with DBN to publish the new edition.
• On July 28 the five original members reunited at Estudio Crazy Diamond to review the remastered audio and artwork alongside engineer Gustavo Gauvry and INAMU president Buco Cantlon.
• The 2025 edition will include two remixed songs—’El Fantasma de Canterville’ and ’La Mamá de Jimmy’—as well as a double insert of unpublished photographs and the band’s first poster by Charly García.
• Restoration of previously censored material and formal return of commercial rights reflect INAMU’s decade-long archive recovery program.
• The reissue is scheduled for early September on vinyl, CD and digital platforms.
