- Customers who bought Poppi for household use between January 23, 2020, and July 18, 2025, are eligible to file a claim.
- Claims must be submitted online by September 26 or mailed forms must be postmarked by that date to the Los Angeles settlement administrator.
- Approved payments are up to $0.75 per single can, $3 per four‑pack, $6 per eight‑pack, and $9 per 12‑ or 15‑pack, with a $16 household cap without valid proof of purchase.
