Pop Mart’s Mini Labubus Sell Out in Asia as Global Drop Begins

App-only releases with strict limits are lifting Pop Mart’s shares.

  • The new Pin for Love mini Labubus sold out within minutes on Pop Mart’s online channels in China and Singapore, with inventories shifting to stores for pickup and further releases rolling out overseas starting August 29.
  • The minis measure about 2.36 inches and come in two blind-box sets split A–M and N–Z with 1-in-168 secret editions, priced at 79 yuan in China and $22.99 in the U.S.
  • Pop Mart also launched a premium long-fur Rock the Universe Labubu, about 14.57 inches tall, priced at 499 yuan in China and $114.99 in the U.S., alongside letter pendant blind boxes at $18.99.
