Poonch Police Attach Land of Pakistan-Based Terror Handler on Court Order

Police say the action targets assets of Abdul Aziz, a proclaimed offender they describe as a Pakistan-based handler.

The attachment stems from FIR No. 07/2002 at Mandi Police Station under Sections 2/3 of the E&IMCO Act.
Authorities said the property spans 10 kanal 14 marlas at Khasra No. 491 in Mandi tehsil, valued at about Rs 22.05 lakh.
The land is registered to Abdul Aziz of Chamber Kanari, whom police say exfiltrated to Pakistan/PoJK and remains beyond arrest.
A court declared Aziz a proclaimed offender after repeated failed attempts to detain him, prompting the order to attach his assets.
Poonch Police executed the order with the Revenue Department after due verification, framing it as part of efforts to choke terror finance and logistics.
