Police: Woman Pepper-Sprayed Chick-fil-A Drive-Thru, Tracked to Casino, Arrested After Chase

Authorities say a transfer to St. Clair County on a first-degree robbery charge is pending after her casino arrest.

  • Haynes was booked into the Elmore County Jail on attempting to elude, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia, with bond set at $116,000.
  • Police say she will be moved to the St. Clair County Jail to face additional counts tied to the robbery, including first-degree robbery, reckless endangerment and fourth-degree theft, and no injuries were reported.
