Overview

• Investigators allege Saikam Mastan sold a second girl child two years ago for ₹30,000 without a case being filed at the time.
• Government Railway Police have added charges under Section 143 (human trafficking) and Section 139 (kidnapping) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, as well as Section 81 of the Juvenile Justice Act.
