Overview

• Officers searched a temporary structure on Aug. 27 in the 1–99 block of Gomez Street near Fort Douglas Park.
• Police reported finding 50 bicycle frames, 77 tires, 53 rims, and items including a generator, lawn mower, pressure washer, and a wheelchair.
• Two men, ages 39 and 57, were charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and were released on undertakings.
• A third person taken into custody at the scene was released after police determined he was not involved.
