Overview
- Officers responded around 1:30 a.m. Sunday to the 700 block of South Broadway and found a 24-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl with gunshot wounds, police said.
 - Both victims were taken to a hospital for treatment, and authorities did not release updates on their conditions.

 - The area has seen recent trouble, including an August fight and shooting at South Broadway and Thames Street that WJZ filmed, with a graze wound reported less than 12 hours earlier.
 - Citywide over the past 12 months, 458 people have been shot, including 96 ages 14–21 and 72 ages 22–25, according to CBS News data.
