• Officers responding around 7:40 p.m. Sunday found Jean Rios, 19, shot in the chest near 64th Road and the Grand Central Parkway.
• Emergency medical workers took Rios to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, where he was pronounced dead.
• Police say three male suspects fled on foot or a moped, and investigators have not announced any arrests as they probe motive.
• The killing comes less than a week after 13-year-old Sanjay Samuels was fatally shot in Cambria Heights in an unrelated case.
• NYPD data show zero shootings and one homicide this year through Sept. 21 in the 112th Precinct, with citywide shootings and homicides down about 20% and 17% from last year.
