• A man walking nearby pulled a gun, fired multiple rounds into the vehicle, and fled on foot.
• The victim sustained an arm wound and was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he is in good condition.
• The suspect remains at large; police broadcast a description: Black or dark-skinned Hispanic male, about 5-foot-4 with short hair, in a gray sweater and maroon T-shirt.
