Police Seek Charges Against 3 Men After Death of Patriots Fan Following Altercation at Stadium

A New England Patriots fan named Dale Mooney died after an altercation at Gillette Stadium in September.
The Foxborough Police Department has applied for criminal complaints against 3 Rhode Island men for assault, battery and disorderly conduct.
The cause and manner of Mooney's death remain undetermined pending further investigation and testing.
Mooney collapsed after being punched during the altercation with the men at the Patriots-Dolphins game.
The men's identities have not been released publicly yet.
