• Seven ducklings were found wandering helplessly along the A5 motorway near Mörfelden-Walldorf after their mother was run over on Friday evening.
• Motorists spotted the ducklings at approximately 6:20 PM and alerted local police for assistance.
• Police officers quickly responded, safely collecting the ducklings from the side of the busy road.
• The ducklings were transferred to the Tierschutzverein Rüsselsheim animal shelter, where they are receiving specialized care, including warmth and formula feeding.
