• Pershing County officials say Vadim Kruglov, 37, died from a single stab wound to the neck and that they have a knife believed to be the weapon.
• The killing occurred Aug. 30 between 8 and 9:30 p.m. in Black Rock City near the area between 8 o’clock and I Street and 8:45 and I Street.
• Investigators report no suspect identified to date, with hundreds of tips under review and a combined $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
• A festival attendee alerted authorities after finding Kruglov lying in a pool of blood.
• Separate from the homicide, deputies reported 44 arrests during the nine-day event, mostly drug-related, with additional bookings for sexual assault, burglary, domestic battery and assault with a deadly weapon.
