Overview
- Police conducted searches at five sites in Saxony and 21 premises in the Burgenlandkreis district of Saxony-Anhalt
- Officers uncovered six kilograms of crystal meth, 70 kilograms of marijuana, 3.5 kilograms of cocaine and one kilogram of ecstasy
- Investigators also confiscated two luxury cars, several thousand euros in cash, knives, blank-firing guns and prohibited pyrotechnics
- The six detainees, aged between 25 and 36, were provisionally arrested on suspicion of gang-style trafficking
- The operation was carried out by Polizeiinspektion Halle and Staatsanwaltschaft Halle as part of a wider EU effort to dismantle organized drug networks
