Overview

• The body of a 32-year-old woman was located about 10am Saturday on Ten Mile Beach at Iluka after members of the public alerted police.
• Officers from the Coffs Harbour Police District established a crime scene and began inquiries at the beach and the nearby Shark Bay area.
• Police say the cause and circumstances of the death remain unclear pending further examination.
