Overview
- Donna Ball, 48, a mother of four, died in hospital on December 30 after a car and van collided on the A4119 bypass at Williamstown near Tonypandy.
- Five people were taken to hospital following the collision, and her young daughter remains in hospital.
- The van driver, a 19-year-old from Newport, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and two counts of causing serious injury, and has been bailed until March 30.
