Police Officer Saves Kidnapped Woman After She Mouthed 'Help Me' During Traffic Stop, Leading to Shooting Suspect's Arrest

A South Carolina police department recognized Officer Kayla Wallace for rescuing a distressed woman who mouthed "help me" during a traffic stop.
Wallace noticed the woman appeared distressed while conducting a traffic stop on a white Jeep that had run a red light.
When the male passenger wasn't looking, the woman silently mouthed "help me" to Wallace multiple times.
Wallace removed the man from the car, and the woman told her he had just shot someone.
The man, identified as Collins Bates, was arrested and is facing charges including attempted murder and kidnapping.
