Overview

• Forces in Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cleveland, Northumbria and Avon and Somerset have published photos of 58 people sought for offences including brick-throwing and serious assaults.
• Investigators reviewed hours of CCTV and body-worn camera footage to identify outstanding suspects from last summer’s unrest.
• The dedicated crime-reporting portal at police.uk/disorder-appeal allows citizens to anonymously submit information on individuals in the released images.
• To date, law enforcement has arrested 1,876 individuals, charged 1,110 and secured at least 821 convictions in connection with the disorder.
• Authorities have also swiftly contained protests this summer in Epping, Norfolk and London, preventing a repeat of large-scale violence.
