- Anthony Scarrott, 80, was taken to hospital with serious injuries and died on 14 September.
- A 39-year-old who was at the address was first arrested on suspicion of assault, then re-arrested on suspicion of murder, and remains in custody.
- Investigators say the victim and the suspect were known to each other.
