Overview
- Authorities said Dambrosio, 30, was arrested outside A & A Italian Deli & Pizza after a 9:11 a.m. 911 call on Thursday.
- Investigators reported his mother, 62, died at the deli and his father, 70, died at a hospital after both were stabbed in the throat.
