Police Hunt Four After Alleyway Robbery Stabbing Near Worcester Sainsbury's

Detectives are appealing for witnesses after launching CCTV inquiries alongside increased local patrols.

  • West Mercia Police say a man in his 30s was stabbed during a robbery in an alley linking Windermere Drive to Sainsbury's Blackpole at about 3.40pm on Wednesday.

  • The victim’s phone and bike were stolen, and four males were seen fleeing toward Quenington Close and Randwick Drive, including one on a silver bicycle.
  • Officers set up a cordon around the supermarket area, searched nearby bushes, and maintained a visible presence as the air ambulance landed at Archdale’s Social Club.
  • Police are reviewing CCTV, conducting house-to-house checks, and urging information via DS Mohammed Waliat or anonymously through Crimestoppers.
