Police Hunt for Two Men Wanted in Fatal Shooting of Queensland Woman

Authorities believe the suspects, accused of killing 23-year-old Chloe Jade Mason, are hiding and camping in northern New South Wales.

Chloe Jade Mason, 23, was fatally shot on December 22, 2024, in Caboolture, north of Brisbane, and declared dead at the scene.
Police have issued arrest warrants for Codye Thomson, 29, and Kaine Thomson-Gleeson, 32, who are accused of her murder.
The suspects were last seen on December 30 in Chinderah, northern New South Wales, and may be traveling in a white Holden Commodore with Queensland plates 953 HO4.
Investigators believe the men are camping in isolated areas and have urged the public not to approach them but to report sightings to authorities immediately.
The suspects and the victim reportedly knew each other, though police have not disclosed the motive for the killing.
