Police Expand Search for Missing Ballarat Woman to Include Dashcam Footage

As the search for Samantha Murphy enters its second week, police are now requesting dashcam and CCTV footage from the public to aid in the investigation.

Samantha Murphy, a 51-year-old mother of three, has been missing since she left her home for a run in Ballarat East on Sunday, February 4.
Despite extensive searches in the Ballarat area, including the Canadian Forest and Mount Helen, no sign of Murphy has been found.
Police have scaled back on-the-ground operations but continue to investigate, urging the public to submit any relevant footage.
Murphy's family, including her eldest daughter and husband, have made emotional appeals for help in finding her.
A Facebook group called 'Find Samantha Murphy' has garnered nearly 14,000 followers, with the community actively participating in the search.
