Washington officers turned to an inmate to jumpstart an RV he allegedly stole, after struggling to get it running themselves.

The RV, stolen last year, was found in poor condition and unable to start.
Police decided to bring in the suspected thief from jail to help restart the vehicle.
A viral video shows the inmate instructing the RV's owner on how to jumpstart it.
The RV's owner, Olive Teague, uses it for her Seattle Mermaid School business.
Friends have set up a GoFundMe page to help Teague cover repair costs.
