Overview
- In the Montes Torozos area of Valladolid, Guardia Civil detained two women on suspicion of trespass, criminal damage and serious disobedience after a neighbor reported a suspected usurpation.
- Officers found a forced lock as the occupants claimed, without documentation, to have paid €500 to stay and refused to leave while about 100 residents gathered and the area was cordoned off.
- Agents entered using minimum force, arrested the women and presented them to the Valladolid duty court, which released them pending further proceedings.
- In Córdoba, Policía Nacional arrested a man and a woman on August 21 after a tourist-apartment owner reported an attempted theft, intercepting their vehicle on the Málaga–Madrid highway.
- Investigators recovered items from the car and connected the pair to an earlier August theft from another rental, with property returned to owners and judicial processing continuing.
