Overview

• The boy, identified in family tributes as Logan Carter, died on Friday at Wharton Recreation Ground in Winsford after a fall from playground equipment.
• Emergency services were called at about 6.11pm on August 29 and, despite treatment by paramedics, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
• Cheshire Police said the investigation is being led by the Protecting Vulnerable People Investigations Unit and specialist officers are supporting his next of kin.
