Poland Imposes Strict Sanctions Against Belarus After 'Draconian' Sentencing of Journalist

Poland has imposed sanctions on 365 Belarusian citizens and frozen the financial assets of 20 entities and 16 other people associated with Russian capital.
The sanctions include lawmakers, judges, prosecutors, members of state media, athletes, and people working for state enterprises.
Poland says the charges against him are unjust and politically motivated.
The sanctioned individuals are banned from entering the European Union's passport-free Schengen zone and will have any funds held in Poland frozen.
Poland accuses Belarus of artificially creating a migrant crisis on the border by flying in people from the Middle East and Africa and attempting to push them across the frontier.
