Polish authorities have arrested Anatoly Blinov, a Russian lawyer, for allegedly organizing attacks on allies of the late Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny.
Blinov is accused of directing the beating of Leonid Volkov, an exiled top aide to Navalny, who was attacked in Vilnius, Lithuania.
The arrest is part of a broader investigation into attacks on Russian opposition figures, with eight suspects currently detained.
Polish prosecutors have linked Blinov to Leonid Nevzlin, former co-head of Russian oil company YUKOS, in orchestrating these attacks.
Navalny, a prominent critic of President Putin, died in prison earlier this year, raising suspicions about the circumstances of his death.
