Pokémon Sleep Now Integrates with Popular Smartwatches

The latest update allows trainers to track sleep using Apple Watch, Galaxy Watch, Google Pixel Watch, and Fitbit.

Pokémon Sleep's new update enables sleep tracking through Apple Health and Health Connect apps.
The integration supports most modern devices from Apple, Samsung, Google, and Fitbit.
Older models from these brands, as well as other popular brands like Garmin, are not compatible.
Previously, the Pokémon GO Plus+ was the sole accessory for sleep tracking in the game.
