• Hydrapple, a new evolution for Applin, has been introduced in the second DLC of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, The Indigo Disk.
• To evolve Dipplin into Hydrapple, players need to teach Dipplin the move 'Dragon Cheer', which can be obtained by defeating Drayton, a member of the Elite Four in the DLC.
• Dipplin, an evolution of Applin, was introduced in the first DLC, The Teal Mask, and can be evolved from Applin using a Syrupy Apple.
• Hydrapple has high base stats, particularly in special attack and defense, and maintains Dipplin's Supersweet Syrup ability.
• Hydrapple's signature move is called Fickle Beam, which has a chance to inflict higher damage if all of Hydrapple's heads participate in the attack.
