Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Introduces New Evolution, Hydrapple, in Second DLC

Players can evolve Dipplin into Hydrapple by teaching it the move 'Dragon Cheer', obtained by defeating Elite Four member Drayton in The Indigo Disk DLC.

Hydrapple, a new evolution for Applin, has been introduced in the second DLC of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, The Indigo Disk.
To evolve Dipplin into Hydrapple, players need to teach Dipplin the move 'Dragon Cheer', which can be obtained by defeating Drayton, a member of the Elite Four in the DLC.
Dipplin, an evolution of Applin, was introduced in the first DLC, The Teal Mask, and can be evolved from Applin using a Syrupy Apple.
Hydrapple has high base stats, particularly in special attack and defense, and maintains Dipplin's Supersweet Syrup ability.
Hydrapple's signature move is called Fickle Beam, which has a chance to inflict higher damage if all of Hydrapple's heads participate in the attack.
