Overview
- The limited-time Halloween event runs from Oct. 17 at 5:00 a.m. to Nov. 1 at 4:59 a.m., and players must have the 2.0.1 update installed to take part.
- To begin the event, players talk to Pumpkaboo outside the newly decorated Pokémon Center to receive instructions and start collecting Pumpkin Candy.
- Players earn Pumpkin Candy by using disguise mechanics such as Zorua’s Camouflage to transform into objects and then surprising nearby Pokémon.
- Collected Pumpkin Candy can be exchanged at the Pokémon Center for Halloween-themed furniture and items that can be arranged into habitats to befriend Pumpkaboo or summon its evolution, Gourgeist.
