Pokémon Champions Announced for Switch and Mobile

The new battle-focused game will feature compatibility with Pokémon HOME and bring classic turn-based gameplay to modern platforms.

Pokémon Champions was revealed during the February 2025 Pokémon Presents showcase as a new spin-off title.
The game will focus on Pokémon battles, reminiscent of the classic Pokémon Stadium series, without the RPG elements of mainline games.
Players will be able to use Pokémon from previous games via integration with Pokémon HOME, enhancing connectivity across platforms.
Pokémon Champions will be available on the Nintendo Switch family of systems, as well as iOS and Android devices.
The game is still in development with no confirmed release date, and it will include features like Mega Evolutions and Tera Pokémon battles.
