Overview
- POCO officially announced the Bold Yellow color option for the X8 Pro, listing three configurations (8GB+256GB, 8GB+512GB, 12GB+512GB) with a $369 starting price.
- The Bold Yellow design uses racing lines, a black-accent frame and an RGB light around the camera island that can pulse with music, flash for notifications, or light up during gaming.
- All internal specs remain unchanged from the March launch, including a MediaTek Dimensity 8500-Ultra chip, LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 4.1 storage, a 6.59-inch 1.5K display, and a 6,500mAh battery with 100W fast charging.
- Construction and resistance ratings are the same as other X8 Pro colors, keeping a glass back, metal frame, Corning Gorilla Glass protection and IP66/IP68/IP69/IP69K dust and water ratings.
- The update is a visual refresh intended to reenergize sales; regional launch dates and exact local pricing are still to be announced and the Yellow option omits the 12GB+256GB SKU available in other finishes.
