PM Modi to Inaugurate Key Infrastructure Projects in Haryana on Ambedkar Jayanti

The Prime Minister will launch a new terminal at Hisar Airport, flag off flights to Ayodhya, and lay foundations for energy and transport projects on April 14, 2025.

PM Modi will inaugurate Hisar Airport's new terminal, valued at ₹410 crore, featuring a state-of-the-art passenger terminal, cargo terminal, and ATC building.
The first commercial flight from Hisar to Ayodhya will be flagged off, with additional routes to Jammu, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, and Chandigarh planned.
The Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone for an 800 MW thermal power unit in Yamunanagar, a ₹8,470 crore project aimed at boosting Haryana's energy self-sufficiency.
A compressed biogas plant in Mukarabpur, Yamunanagar, with an annual capacity of 2,600 metric tonnes, will be inaugurated to enhance waste management and clean energy production.
The 14.4-km Rewari Bypass, completed under the Bharatmala Pariyojana at a cost of ₹1,070 crore, will be inaugurated to decongest traffic and improve regional connectivity.
