PM Modi Releases 21st PM-KISAN Instalment, Rs 18,000 Crore Credited to Nearly 9 Crore Farmers

Officials are directing beneficiaries with pending eKYC or land-record mismatches to update details to receive the Aadhaar-linked transfer.

Overview

  • The tranche was released from Coimbatore with Rs 2,000 per eligible farmer sent via Direct Benefit Transfer into Aadhaar-seeded bank accounts.
  • Uttar Pradesh leads state-wise allocations with about Rs 4,314.26 crore, while Gujarat receives Rs 986 crore for 49.31 lakh farmers, Rajasthan Rs 1,332 crore for 66.62 lakh, and Haryana Rs 316.38 crore for 15.82 lakh.
  • Not all registered farmers received credits due to incomplete eKYC, Aadhaar–bank seeding issues, or land-record verification holds, which remain the most common causes of delay.
  • Beneficiaries are advised to check ‘Know Your Status’ or the ‘Beneficiary List’ on pmkisan.gov.in, use the PM-KISAN mobile app, or visit Common Service Centres and helplines for resolution.
  • The scheme covers over 11 crore families and has disbursed more than Rs 3.70 lakh crore across 20 instalments prior to this release, with state-level events and institute livestreams marking today’s rollout.
