• It unifies access to Mumbai Suburban Railway, Metro Lines 1, 2A, 3 and 7, Monorail, Navi Mumbai Metro, and bus services BEST, TMT, MBMT, KDMT and NMMT.
• Features include a multimodal journey planner, map-based booking, real-time service alerts, a tri-lingual interface, an SOS button and a Share My Location option.
• Users pay only the fare with no platform fees as MMRDA covers operating costs, with payments supported via major digital wallets and prepaid balances.
• The platform is PCI DSS compliant and built to scale to 5 million daily transactions, and Line 3’s final 11 stations open to the public on Thursday after safety clearance.
