- Modi highlighted a school in Fiji’s Rakiraki that held its first Tamil Day in November, featuring student poems, speeches and cultural performances.
- During Kashi Tamil Sangamam 4.0 in Varanasi from December 2–15, campaigns ran in more than 50 schools under the ‘Learn Tamil — Tamil Karakalam’ theme.
