Overview
- Plaza Premium Group, which launched Plaza Petit on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, has opened initial family spaces at Hong Kong International (Gate 60, T1), Toronto Pearson (T3), London Gatwick (North Terminal) and an Aerotel at London Heathrow (T1 departures).
- The program is built around five pillars — Read, Play, Discover, Taste and Relax — and offers age‑appropriate activity kits, travel-themed stickers, child menus, specialised tableware and baby-food warming services.
- PPG has formalised a partnership with Room to Read to supply a physical Story Corner at each site and access to the Literacy Cloud digital library with thousands of multilingual storybooks.
- Every Plaza Petit space uses child-scale, safety-minded furnishings made from sustainable materials and includes a donation point that lets travellers support Room to Read’s literacy and gender-equality programmes.
- PPG says Plaza Petit will roll out in phases to other hubs including Dubai, Helsinki, Jakarta, Jeddah, Kuala Lumpur, Macau, Muscat, Phnom Penh and Rome, a move that could boost family comfort and non-aeronautical revenue across its lounge and Aerotel network.
