Use requires a PS Plus Premium subscription over a high-speed connection.

Overview

  • The feature exits beta and goes live starting Nov. 5 at 6 p.m. PT (Nov. 6 at 2 a.m. GMT).
  • Portal owners can stream select digital PS5 games from their libraries as well as compatible Game Catalog and Classics titles directly from Sony’s servers.
  • Launch support covers roughly 2,800-plus games, with Sony listing 2,793 PlayStation Store titles plus additional catalog and free-to-play entries, while outlets report totals around 2,845.
  • A system update introduces a three-tab home screen for Remote Play, Cloud Streaming, and Search, along with 3D audio support, a passcode lock, and a network status screen.
  • Cloud sessions now allow in-game purchases, added accessibility options, and the ability to receive and join multiplayer invites during a stream.
