PlayStation Plus Premium Adds Trials for Critically Acclaimed Baldur's Gate 3 and Critically Panned Gollum

Subscribers can play the first two hours of Baldur's Gate 3 and one hour of The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, with progress carrying over to the full game if purchased.

PlayStation Plus Premium, Sony's online membership service, has added game trials for Baldur's Gate 3 and The Lord of the Rings: Gollum.
Baldur’s Gate 3, developed by Larian Studios, has been critically acclaimed and is a frontrunner for 2023’s Game of the Year, with a Metacritic score of 96.
The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, developed by Daedalic Entertainment, has been critically panned and is considered one of the worst games of 2023, with a Metacritic score of 34.
Baldur’s Gate 3 trial allows PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers to play the game's first two hours, while the Gollum trial lasts for one hour.
Any progress made during the trials carries over if the player decides to purchase the full game.
