Overview
- Oh BiBi announced on Friday that it has ceased development of Ranger Rumble and pushed a final update live the same day.
- The app will be removed from the App Store and Google Play on November 21, 2026, and the game’s servers will permanently shut down on May 1, 2027.
- In‑app purchases have been turned off and premium content including the Super Pass has been made free so players can earn rewards through play until service ends.
- Ranger Rumble had soft-launched across regions including the Philippines, Indonesia, several Nordic countries, Canada and the UK and showed modest user ratings on stores during testing.
- PlayStation and Insomniac retain the Ratchet & Clank franchise, but the cancellation is a setback for the company’s mobile live‑service experiment and all player data will be deleted at end of service.
