PlayStation 5 Slim and PlayStation Portal Now Available for Purchase in the US

The PlayStation 5 Slim and PlayStation Portal are now available for purchase in the US. The PS5 Slim has been reduced in volume by more than 30 percent, but it is still a large console.
The PS5 Slim's storage has been upgraded to a full 1TB, up from the 825GB available in the original version. The console also features two USB-C ports and a removable disc drive.
The PlayStation Portal, a new gaming handheld, is set to release on November 15th. Early impressions suggest it may be an incomplete product, lacking support for PlayStation's cloud services and Bluetooth headphones.
The PlayStation 5 Slim models will launch later this month, and the PlayStation Portal will launch on November 15th. The PlayStation Pulse Explore earbuds and Pulse Elite headphones will launch on December 6th.
The new PS5 Slim is available in bundles that include Call of Duty Modern Warfare III and Marvel's Spider-Man 2. The console is also available for purchase from various retailers.
