Plane Skids Off Runway at Lithuanian Airport, No Injuries Reported

A charter flight carrying 179 passengers and 6 crew members skidded off the runway into snowy terrain at Vilnius Airport.
The Airbus A320, operated by Avion Express, veered off the runway during landing but returned to the runway and reached the parking area safely.
No fatalities or injuries were reported following the incident, and the airport resumed operations shortly after.
The cause of the plane veering off the runway is under investigation by The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Lithuania.
