Pizza Hut Debuts Limited-Edition Pepperoni-Flavored 'Pizza Caviar'

The innovative offering, inspired by Gen Z trends, is available at a single Midtown location from April 10 to April 12, 2025.

Pizza Hut has launched 'Pizza Caviar,' featuring faux caviar pearls made from pepperoni-flavored water and agar-agar.
The product is part of the Pizza Caviar Bump Box, which includes a Personal Pan Pizza and a choice of boneless wings or fries for $20.
Available exclusively at the Midtown Pizza Hut on 932 Eighth Ave., the offering is limited to April 10-12 from 4-8 p.m. daily while supplies last.
The faux caviar is created through a process of dropping heated pepperoni seasoning water into cold oil to form pearl-like structures.
The dish aims to blend fast-food flavors with upscale culinary trends, making indulgent tastes more accessible.
