- Ownership deal begins on January 1, following the expiration of AT&T SportsNet's agreement at the end of the 2023 regular season.
- Pirates share ownership with the NHL's Pittsburgh Penguins.
- Daily operations of the network will be handled by New England Sports Network (NESN), owned by the Fenway Sports Group, which also owns the Penguins.
