Users can select from four different body types, and the tool is powered by Pinterest's patent-pending computer vision technology analyzing over 3.5 billion images.
The launch is part of Pinterest's broader effort to develop AI-powered technology that is additive rather than addictive, with a focus on increasing representation and giving users more control.
Pinterest has also partnered with size-inclusive brands and influencers to promote the new feature, which has already shown a 66% higher engagement rate among users who utilize it.
