Pine Labs Posts Revenue Rise and Platform Scale While Consolidating Shopflo Purchase
Improved margins and a commerce acquisition position the company to better monetise its large payment volumes.

- Pine Labs reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹736.92 crore and total consolidated income of ₹765.87 crore for Q1 FY27, with consolidated profit rising to ₹19.57 crore.
- The company recorded a contribution margin of ₹533 crore, a 72.3% margin, and adjusted EBITDA of ₹126 crore, equal to a 17.1% margin, while basic earnings per share rose to ₹0.17.
- Pine Labs processed about ₹4.22 lakh crore in platform gross transaction value and grew its digital checkout base to 21.7 lakh points, with more than 70% of transactions routed through UPI.
- During the quarter Pine Labs paid ₹88 crore for a 100% stake in Shopflo and has consolidated the business into group results to add direct-to-consumer checkout and e-commerce enablement capabilities.
- International revenue climbed 21% to ₹114 crore across 22 countries and new partnerships with GCash, Emirates NBD and Wio Bank expand recurring flows and cross-border product rollouts, but converting high transaction volume into larger profits remains the next key test.
