Pierre Palmade Seeks House Arrest with Electronic Monitoring

The comedian, currently serving a two-year prison sentence, has requested to serve the remainder of his term at home due to health concerns.

Pierre Palmade, incarcerated since December 2024, has formally requested to transition to house arrest with electronic monitoring.
His legal team cited his health issues and the need for addiction treatment as key reasons for the request.
Palmade is serving a five-year sentence, with two years firm, for causing a 2023 car accident while under the influence of cocaine, which resulted in serious injuries and the loss of an unborn child.
The accident left three victims from the same family severely injured, including a six-year-old boy and a pregnant woman who lost her baby.
A decision on Palmade's request is expected on March 26, following his appearance before the judge on March 11.
