Philippe Pascal Nominated to Lead Groupe ADP

Emmanuel Macron has proposed Philippe Pascal, a fiscal expert and current ADP executive, to succeed Augustin de Romanet as CEO, pending parliamentary approval.

The nomination follows delays caused by political instability, including the dissolution of the National Assembly and government changes in 2024.
Pascal's appointment requires approval from both the French National Assembly and Senate before being finalized by the Council of Ministers.
Pascal has been with Groupe ADP since 2013, holding several key financial and strategic roles, and has a background in fiscal policy and public administration.
Outgoing CEO Augustin de Romanet, who has led Groupe ADP since 2012, will remain in his role temporarily until the transition is complete.
